This gear is only for VDO electronic (Quartz) dashboard clock in 70s Mercedes, Porsche and other models.
It is press fit onto a brass sleeve, which is not included in our product (it does need to be replaced).
We recommend to also replace the 60x8 toothed gear, which connects to the motor gear. This clock unit is especially prone to electronic issues as well. Even if the broken gear is replaced, it might still not work. You may try in advance - if the electronic motor spins when given power supply, the new gear will surely fix your problem for ever!
